The room was nice in size, with a cool living room including a desk. An additional desk was in the bedroom which was a plus. There was even a washing machine in the kitchen that gives an additional feature to the stay. We arrived very early (around 8am) and the staff was very friendly and told us we could get the room early at no extra cost if we waited until 10:30am, but if we wanted to get the room straight away we needed to pay for a half stay, the girls also said we could use the installations on the ground floor while waiting for our room, so this was perfect for us. We did checkout at noon, but we had a flight later that day, the staff was friendly and professional and allowed us to leave the luggage with them.

Very clean rooms, courteous staff, simple vibe. Our room was like a service apartment with big fridge, microvave and full kitchen with crockery too. A small dining table and sofa and balcony. Breakfast was decent. Fruits, veggies, breads etc for a vegetarian was manageable. For extra water bottles they charged the basic amount which is amazing unlike other hotels (eg- 64 thb for four half litre bottles)

Beautiful room with a kitchenette and a washer/dryer (2 in 1) which worked great. Beautiful shower and separate bathtub - good water pressure. Only one bathroom in the bedroom. The gym and the pool were great but the water was quite cold. There were showers at the pool too. The hotel was close to a lot of shopping centres, skytrain and bus routes. Staff very friendly and helpful!

The stay is excellent. Even with renovation work but the sound was very minimal, noise cancellation is good Everything is clean. Housekeeping service is prompt as it was sent to my room within a few minutes after request on different occasion.
